[efax-users] No response to EOP repeated 3 times?

Hey,
	I wrote a while back about a problem w/ our fax gateway (using
efax) that sent the same fax multiple times to a client.  Since that
time, I've started logging the efax output on the fax gateway...I've
noticed that most problems result in a log file similar to the one
below.  I haven't been able to find any information on what the error
might mean, so I thought I'd ask here...:)  My guess was that the page
was sent successfully, but the receiving end simply hung up before the
fax was completed (hence we keep sending more faxes, since the fax is
marked as 'failed').  However, we also have reports from some people
that they receive only half a page...The log files for those errors look
like this too:
